Are you a researcher utilizing High Performance Computing (HPC) resources? Have you found these resources confusing or challenging to use? Have your support concerns, if any, been properly and promptly addressed? A group of students at the School of Information would like to talk to you about your experiences. HPC support staff will use recommendations from these interviews to enhance their service. Interviews will take place once or twice during the semester for approximately one hour each.
