The Quantum Artificial Intelligence Laboratory has announced an opportunity for researchers at universities and other research institutions to propose for computer time on the D-Wave Computer System at NASA Ames Research Center. Successful projects will be allowed to remotely access the quantum computer for research on artificial intelligence algorithms and advanced programming techniques. The Quantum Artificial Intelligence Laboratory is a collaboration among teams at NASA Ames Research Center, Google, and USRA. USRA’s management of the science operations includes an allocation of 20% of the computing time made available to the research community through this RFP.
