The Supercomputing ’14 (SC14) conference scheduled for Nov. 16-21, 2014, in New Orleans, is accepting proposal submissions from student teams interested in participating in the SC14 Student Cluster Competition. The contest, meant to introduce the next generations of students to the high-performance computing community, a non-stop, 48-hour real-time challenge, in which teams of undergraduate or high-school students assemble a small cluster and demonstrate its performance.
